Yesterday, Mike was told after lunch that they (his work) needs him to go to Mexico, then China and finally Japan. He leaves Tuesday and comes back in about 2 weeks. OK, it sucks that he'll be working his a$$ off and that he'll have about 48 hours in airtime alone but I'm still a little envious. I'm remembering when it was me flying off (literally). OK, so the pic is just a distant memory. I'm writing this as the boy is crying and hanging on me. He just woke up grumpy and nothing that me or the girl does seems to work to make him stop. I don't think he even knows why he's crying. It's just gonna be one of those days.

Where were you flying in this photo? I see a mountain.
That was going by Mt. Fuji. I also have some good pics of Godzilla (on the dash) and Flat Stanley (on the window) with the mountain. Yes, even while flying we try to make the most of a good photo op.
It was a long time ago. I remember. You really worked hard to become a pilot. Your life was much much different than now. I also remember you used to tell me that you will not have any children. How changed. I am proud of you being a great mom. Love, Your mom
